Why project teams need to focus on Team Experience more

It’s been well researched that employee experience is directly linked to organizational success. But in 2022, employees who weren’t engaged or who were actively disengaged cost the world $7.8 trillion in lost productivity. Spending on technology to enhance the employee experience has increased exponentially, but we’re seeing:

• 44% of U.S. employees actively seeking a new job in 2022, according to the Global Benefits Attitudes Survey
• only 36% of U.S. employees engaged in their work and workplace, according to Gallup
• 63% of companies say retaining employees is harder than hiring them, according to a source from Zenefits.

So what’s gone wrong and how do we fix it?
